Amazing experience!! i remember Rainforest Cafe at the mall when i was a kid and OMG it was exactly that, but better, cleaner and more exciting! Even for me as an adult, the ambience put me in the best of moods and i loved that the restaurant is kid and family friendly!!! It allowed us to relax and enjoy our restaurant experience. Prices were absolutely affordable and the FOOD WAS BOMB!! Everything, even the kids food, came out HOT and fresh! they loved their food as much as we loved ours. the drinks were also great, and a few of them come with a free glass(w/ purchase). Our waiter Charles, was fantastic! He always appeared right when we needed him and made sure we left happy. Great job! cant wait to come back again.

We had such a wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe, and a big part of that was our waiter, Youssef. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and made sure our entire table was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable, and his great attitude really stood out. Excellent service like this makes you want to come back! Thank you, Youssef, for making our meal so special. You were amazing!

I came here for an anniversary dinner and everything was amazing. Our server Oshane was super attentive and very nice. We love the vibe and atmosphere of Rainforest Cafe. The food and drinks were so good too. I would come here again 100%!

The restaurant atmosphere was amazing, it was my families first time here & we all were amazed & had such a great time! The food was so good! We all loved everything we ordered & had no complaints. But what really made our experience incredible & beyond anything we had ever experienced was our server! Theresa was exceptional from the very start to the very end! She had an amazing & warm energy. She went above & beyond for my uncle who has cancer & has to eat with a feeding tube, she found out he couldn’t eat so she immediately told him that she would take care of him & she blended his food for him & it made us all emotional & so happy to be able to watch him take part in this special family moment with us. She was so attentive, kept our drinks full, connected with us. besides all the amazing things she did & how she made us feel at the very end she realized it was my sons birthday & without saying anything she came back with a cupcake & candle for him & sang for him. Theresa is an exceptional person & server. More places need a Theresa! We couldn’t be happier with our experience here & will be coming back! Thank you Theresa & Rainforest Cafe!

I only removed one star for the bathrooms. One sink was functional and there was no paper towel. Otherwise food was great. Our server was EXCELLENT, very attentive, friendly, and made sure my 10 year got her shrimp. My niece who is 4 came in scared of the decor and how interactive it was 😂; but once she realized nothing was going to jump out and scare her she decided to take some pics.
